"I had to replace a broken heat pump. My insurance advisor, Joaquin Flores, reminded me that my home owners policy could help with the replacement. He connected me with their appliance replacement handler and they sent me the paperwork. When the AC company replaced the unit, their technician completed the technical portion of the paperwork and I submitted it. A few days later I was informed that they would accept limited liability (unit was 18 years old). The next day I was told that I would receive the maximum for a unit of that age, $2000. What a pleasant surprise and all because of Joaquin and the services provided by State Farm."
